Ece Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. firm is a company which was established by Dr. Werner Otto in Hamburg 40 years ago, with its headquarters in Germany. It is the market leader in shopping center sector in Europe as well as Turkey. The firm provides comprehensive services from construction phase to long-term management of shopping centers. The fourth biggest architecture office in Germany is also within the Ece structure. The firm provides services in Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Qatar and Greece besides Turkey.

2. ECE TÜRKİYE PROJECT MANAGEMENT A.Ş.
ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. firm was established with the purpose of developing shopping center projects and realizing their investments, their lease as well as introducing to the market the management services including shopping centers that already exist. The firm was established in October 2000 as a joint venture with Koç Holding and commenced its operations in Turkey. Later on, in early 2004, it changed its name from Koc - Ece to Ece Turkey and moved forward on its own.
The ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. firm; is the first and only Turkish firm that provides all the services commencing with business development, architectural and functional planning, project management, leasing, shopping center management, budgeting, accounting and legal services together under one roof. Its staff of 110 persons, brings together all these disciplines in the sector with their expertise, education and experience and have carried Ece Turkey to the sector leadership in a short time.
Currently, leasing and management services are provided to a total of 6 centers in Turkey, these are, Metrocity, CarrefourSA Maltepe Park Shopping Center, Beylikdüzü Migros Shopping Center, Ankara Migros Shopping Center (Ankamall), Town Center Bakırköy and Antalya Migros Shopping Center.
Ece Turkey took over the management of Migros Antalya Shopping Center on 07 June 2001. Starting with this date, several very positive changes and developments have occurred in Antalya Migros Shopping Center with a more professional and experienced team, and the number of visitors has increased from day to day. The interesting activities and organizations that have been arranged by the management on a monthly basis have played an important role in this development.
The first near-term target of Ece Türkiye Proje Yön. A.Ş. firm is to provide the same services to ten Shopping Centers. Besides taking over the management of shopping Centers, as ECE Turkey, we have Project Development and Construction within our main targets. ECE Turkey will keep on carrying its mission of being the leader in modern shopping center investment and management in Turkey with the new shopping center projects.
